1. How to try it?

When you download and use VPN for the first time, open the software and click the "Get Time" button in the upper right corner. Click to get the free trial time.

2. Plan not showing up after purchase?

If the package is not displayed after purchase, you can generally refresh the status by logging into your account again or waiting for 1 to 3 minutes. If the package is still not displayed after 10 minutes, please contact customer service.

3. Does it support multiple devices?

The same account can support multiple devices to log in at the same time (Win computer, Android phone, Apple phone, Mac computer, Android TV).
